This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The OpenVortex Project\'s mission is to create useable, robust and completely 
open-source Linux OSS and ALSA drivers for the Aureal Vortex line of sound 
chips and the cards that use them.

We will also be maintaining and updating the existing driver until such time 
that ours is ready for public consumption.

No project homepage exists yet, but one may become available in the future.
