My project is web-based. It\'s a php powered engine pointed at banner networks. 
It will have all that anyone will need to create banner exchange network.
It already exists and you can see it at http://kbn.ru, thats a first version, 
it was not GPL\'ed. Now i want to create the second one more powerfull and 
free. I need your hosting only for development, not for my banner exchange 
network.
