It's maybe possible, installing cygnus environment (etc
etc)... but it's probably harder and harder to set savannah
on a Windows OS than on a Free one.

Also, support of Windows OS is not a priority in many
developpers eyes.
Also, many people cant help setting softwares on a OS they
dont use, as Windows.

Is it possible to install savannah and all its 
components (CVS...) under Windows platform ?
