They can if using rsync to manage their upload directory. scp
does not offer this facility (is there such a thing as srm ?-)
in fact, it seems to be a chmod problem, since the error is
"unlink index.html : filesystem accessible in
read-only"
Also, there's no srm but you can execute ssh with a command as
ssh address@hidden "rm -fv /this_dir/this_file"
