This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
cdump is a small tool to dump the content of virtual consoles and convert them
to image files (currently jpeg, png and tiff formats supported). If ran under
the X window system, it also allows pasting text from a virtual console into X
applications. It runs on GNU/Linux only.
It already exists and you can see it at http://www.sas.upenn.edu/~matias/cdump
