This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The project will be an effort to coordinate
the larger IRC networks in regard to the
client-server protocol numerics and channel
modes they use.

All larger IRC networks will be approached
and will be allowed to add one person with
admin rights.

The project will exist of at least one flat
file that contains a list of all numeric
replies to IRC clients, which networks use
them and what they mean.

More files might be added in the future in
order to coordinate other parts of the client-
server protocol that can overlap between
networks.
