This project is related to a tool for developing animation.
This project may be similar to 3D Studio MAX.
This projects helps related to the following:
1. Creation of three-dimensional geometric description of an object.
2. Transformation of 3 dimensional model to a 2D screen.
3. Helps in the coloring and shading methods to draw an object.
4. Helps to control lighting conditions around surrounding an object
and how that object responds to light.
5. Helps in blending, antialiasing and polygon offset.
6. Support for bitmaps fonts and images.
7. Helps to use framebuffers for effects such as hidden-surface elimination, 
stenciling, masking, motion blur and depth-of-field focusing.
8. Helps in the efficient generation of curves and surfaces.

More features may be added afterwards.

This project does not exist yet. But iam working on it.
