This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

GNU Universal Kali Client - is a networkable client for playing many, many 
games on the internet.  It was inspired from Kali (http://kali.net)
on Windows 95 and later (http://gtkali.sourceforge.net) GTK+ Kali.

The following must be the goal:

* Themes/Skins.
* Complient with most/any/all instant messaging protocols.
* Bots and Plugins.
* Work on ALL platforms, all Un*x, Windows and MacOS operating systems.
* Contain Client and Server.

And finally, work with Many games and always be updated to work with games.

Currently planning and in negotiations with creators of Kali and GTKali.
if no negotiations have occured, we will write the program from scratch.
Plan to make this THE client for the net.
