This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My projects is openssl hardcoded implementation over a straight telnetd, very 
simple and efficient way to have secure telnet connection, i am working on the 
client implementation as well, but client can be used over stunell at this 
momment. At this momment, stelnetd is very untested and i still haven\'t 
released it for public, but i plan to do it in next few days. 

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
