A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
igive.free.fr <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: igive, free voluntary ads web
System name: igive
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
Igive is a free web site engine for classified voluntary ads.
Voluntary means that givers expect nothing in return for their services, except
having a good time doing so and meeting new friends.
Voluntary also means that givers can choose when, how and who they want to give
services. They don\'t have to.
This is not exactly the same philosophy as humanitary ads, but i guess this
software will be able to do both things.
The first draft of Igive is written using php and mysql, based on the open
source project Trueque
To avoid expensive web hosting fees, we will develop a peer-to-peer (p2p)
software to deal with a large number of service givers and receivers.
It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
