Now, you have a key registered. Does it work ? It's format
is not the common used here. How have you create it ?
Basicaly, the cygwin ssh *should* work as openssh or whatever.

You should verify if your cygwin ssh is configured to use
ssh 1 protocol.

I registered a key several weeks ago via
https://savannah.gnu.org/account/editsshkeys.php, and
another last night. On that page I see it there now. My page
at http://savannah.gnu.org/account/ says "CVS/SSH Shared
Keys: 1 [Edit Keys]", and has for at least a couple of weeks.

Are we possibly talking about different things here?
