This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My project is a HELPDESK system wich can receive tickets from WEB FORM, EMAIL 
INPUT (through .procmail recipe) our with CRON CHECK using a file that checks 
POP3 accounts.

It will have the possibility to create a FAQ and a KNOWLEDGE BASE directly from 
Staff Web Section.

It uses PHP, SendMail, Procmail, Cron (or MSWindows AT) and MySQL (possibly an 
abstraction layer so user can use any DB)

It does not fully exists but work is in progress ;)
