This is called ywcmail. This is a webmail. It is written in C and runs on linux 
with apache. It support POP3 and SMTP. It\'s to use the local connection
(127.0.0.1) to connect to local pop3 server and smtp server. It just like a 
gateway. It features is more beautiful and fast when comparsion to other 
webmail program. Currently version is 0.8
