[ I sent this message a week or two ago. Would it be possible to get the
project renamed? ]
gnulist is a legacy project; it lived on subversions long before there was
a savannah. It was grandfathered in, of course, and now is a full fledged
savannah project.
However, the name is not very good. "gnulist" sounds like a GNU Linked
List library or something. What is really in this project is the
interface software to the Free Software Directory.
So, we decided to rename it. We decided to call it "Quagga". Could you
change the system name to "quagga", make "quagga" the main cvs module
name?
Thanks.
(If you are curious how we picked the name, we were searching for animals
that live in the same environments as gnus, and we found this web page:
http://www.aristotle.net/~swarmack/quagga.html
and it made us laugh really really hard).
