Hi,
Your project was approved. As you certainly know, the license
of PHP4 contains restrictions that prohibit distributing modified versions
(only original version + patches). Although PHP4 qualifies as Free Software
we encourage people to protest by using PHP3 instead of PHP4 (for instance
Savannah is running PHP3).
