        Hi,

I see that the distribution proposed at
http://www.probusiness.de/courieradmin/download/courieradmin-0.1.2.tgz
does not contain any licensing information. Could you please
include the GNU GPL (as found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt)
and follow the instructions that it contains (at the end) in order
to apply it to your software ?

When you're done, please submit your project again.

As a side note, it is possible to run PHP4 code using PHP3.
It is only slower and requires to include many compatibility functions
(most of them can be found in the phpgroupware code). This is a bit
of a burden for the developer but there is no other way to presure
PHP4 so that they change their licensing terms.

        Thanks for your patience,
