Hi,
In order to properly publish your package under the GNU GPL,
you should follow the instructions at the end of the GNU GPL itself.
In particular, each source file should contain a copyright notice
and a license notice, not just the portion of license notice you've
included.
Could you please fix this and submit your project again ?
Thanks in advance,
