Hi,
In order to release your project under the GPL you should write
copyright
notice and license notice at the beginning of every source
code file, please follow the advice of
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
Could you resubmit once this is done (you can do this copying the big
re-registration link provided in the mail you get when you have
registered) ?

P.S. As a side note, which has nothing to do with the approval of your
project, "Linux" is just a kernel of a more complex system that we like
to
refer to as GNU/Linux, to emphasize the ideals of the Free Software
movement.

Protux aims to be the most practical and productive audio tools for
Linux.
Protux is part of Mustux Project, which is a set of muscian/audio
producers tools based on a new interface concept called JMB, where
