The problem seems to be solved for the source cvs root. I stiil
have the problem with the HTML cvs. If I try to sync the repository 
using cvs commit (without using the -m switch), cvs pops up a vi
editor which crashes (the error is: terminal is not not a tty line, or 
something like this) everything leaving the repository locked.
May be the problem is mine. I'm not an experienced CVS user. However
mistakes can be made also by experienced users. 
So I think that users (like me) should be allowed to do some elementary 
administration tasks in order to solve these problems without requiring your 
intervention. The same should be possible also for the upload area.
Otherwise  the use of savannah is really uncomfortable.
