Description:
CHICKEN is a compiler for the Scheme programming language.
It generates relatively portable C using a translation
technique (\"Cheney on the M.T.A.\") developed by Henry Baker.CHICKEN contains
a rich library of extensions and has been ported to several
architectures. Full tail-call optimization and first
class continuations are supported.
It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at
http://www.call-with-current-continuation.org/chicken.html
Other Software Required:
Only a C compiler is needed.
