A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Fabian Wickborn <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: ZIMT: Zed\'s Instant Messaging Tool
System name: zimt
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
Description:
The project aims to create another Instant Message Client for POSIX systems.
It will run on console only
and primarly support ICQ.
For this, it will use Barnaby Gray\'s libicq2000
The user interface is intended to be like irssi (an IRC client).
So the individual chats will
be seperated to terminal filling windows.
The master window will contain the IM contact list.
Commands are to be issued like in irssi, to - via command line.
It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
Other Software Required:
Ickle ICQ-Library by Barnaby Gray <address@hidden>
This library is part of ickle, a ICQ client under GNU GPL v2
http://ickle.sourceforge.net
libsigc++
ncurses
