Could you create a tarbal with the code as it now exists
and make it available to a temporary URL, and then resubmit (or
sending it to me by mail) ?
(you can resubmit your project with ease copying the big
re-registration link provided in the mail you get when you have
registered)

Joris Heirbaut <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Jojo\'s Binary Diff utility
System name: jdiff
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
Description:
JDIFF is a program that outputs the differences between two binary
files. JPATCH then allows to reconstruct the second file from the
first file. JDIFF uses a fast heuristic algorithm.
There actually exists a beta version, but I\'m still looking for a way
to distribute it.
Other Software Required:
Other Comments:
The program is quite OS Independent. I actually have compiled binaries
for Windows and for the GNU/Cygwin environment.
