Hi,
I had a look at the tarbal and it misses copyright and license notices.
I understand you've not done it since it is not released yet. Could you please
add a copyright and license notice, as instructed at the end of the GNU GPL
itself at the beginning of each file ? That will secure the Free Software
status of your program once for all (almost ;-).
Please submit your project again when you're done.
