Could you create a tarbal with the code as it now exists
and make it available to a temporary URL, and then resubmit ?
(you can resubmit your project with ease copying the big
re-registration link provided in the mail you get when you have
registered)

Rafael R. Sevilla <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: lgpl
Other License:
Package: Objective-C wrapper for SDL
System name: sdlobjc
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
Description:
I\'m making an Objective-C wrapper for the Simple DirectMedia Layer,
that provides an object-oriented interface in ObjC to this popular
graphics and game programming library.
I already have a fair bit of code written for this, but don\'t have a
place where I can host it yet.
Other Software Required:
an Objective-C compiler, such as is available with gcc.
SDL of course, http://www.libsdl.org/
