[Savannah-hackers] No project registration e-mail messages are being sent

Hi,
I have 22 projects in the queue of projects to be approved, and for none of
them there is an e-mail message in the savannah-hackers mailing lists archive.
For some reason the registration scripts stopped sending messages to
savannah-hackers everytime a new project is registered. If somebody can help
me figure out where the problem is, I'd appreciate it.
