        Hi,

        Savannah cannot host GIF files (for more information check
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/gif.html). Could please you transform
your gif file into JPG or PNG and submit your project again ?

        Also note that PHP4 has a restrictive license (although it is
Free Software). In order to protest, Savannah only uses PHP3 and we
encourage you to do the same. To the least you could make sure your
program is compatible with PHP3. This is not a requirement to be hosted
on Savannah but it would be much appreciated.
