Description:
My project provides the reference implementation of args-fold: a program 
argument processor for scheme. It will also host the working draft for a 
proposed SRFI (Scheme Request For Implementation) document for args-fold, see 
http://srfi.schemers.org.

It already exists and libraries based on this reference implementation are 
distributed at http://www.scsh.net/resources/getopt.html, and 
http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/chicken.
