        Hi,

        The COPYING file contains a truncated version of the GNU GPL, could
you get the original from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt instead ? In
addition, it is better to include the copyright and license notices (currently
in the LICENSE file) at the beginning of each file in the distribution, as
instructed at the end of the GNU GPL itself.

        Could you please do that and submit your project again ?
