I propose you to register it under
unix name: bashdb
normal name: Bash Debugger
Write to address@hidden to ask them to evaluate Bash Debugger for
being official GNU package. In the same time, you can also fill a
copyright assignement for bashdb.
Then, you can rename your project to GNU Bash Debugger and everything
is ok.
