Description:
My project is to write a library that is compatible with Borlands VCL library.
The intention is to provide a VCL compatible library for the MingW port of gcc
only to start with, but with an eye on generic gcc compatibilty overall as X as
well as win32 is to be supported.
It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
Other Software Required:
C++ compiler. ( gcc 2.95.2 - 3.2 )
