[Savannah-hackers] www.gnu.org group type

[Mathieu Roy]

A group type called www.gnu.org has been created for webmastering
gnu.org projects.
In a few minutes, all the www.gnu.org project will swith form GNU
group type to this one.
It has been tested for the project japanesegnui, it seems to work
fine.

The registration page will be updated too.
