A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Lyle Johnson <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: lgpl
Other License:
Package: Judy Arrays for Ruby
System name: rjudy
Type: 2
Description:
RJudy is an extension module for Ruby (http://www.ruby-lang.org) that provides
an interface to the Judy Arrays library (http://www.sourcejudy.com). This
extension exposes four new classes (Judy1, JudyL, JudySL and JudyHash) to Ruby.
The first three are basic Ruby versions of the Judy array types, while the last
(JudyHash) is intended to be a more general purpose, drop-in replacement for
Ruby\'s Hash class.
The code already exists and is licensed under the LGPL. You can download the
latest distribution at http://www.knology.net/~lyle/rjudy-0.1.tar.gz.
Other Software Required:
Since it\'s an extension module for Ruby (http://www.ruby-lang.org) you\'ll
need that to use it. It also depends on the Judy Arrays library
(http://www.sourcejudy.com) which was recently LGPL\'d. Part of the RJudy
source code is generated using SWIG (http://www.swig.org) although you don\'t
actually need SWIG to build or use RJudy.
