[Savannah-hackers] Fixed syncrhonization of www.gnu.org with the CVS tree |

Hi,
The syncrhonization between the CVS tree of www.gnu.org (and all
projects using sub-directories of www.gnu.org for their web pages) was
not working and has been fixed.
The security measure forcing a global syncrhonization every
24h hours between the CVS tree and www.gnu.org made this problem very
unconfortable instead of catastrophic.
The syncrhonization was not working properly because the script
(sv_sync_www) supposed to trigger it was not installed with the proper
permissions (root / 755 instead of webcvs / 4555) on subversions.gnu.org.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience it caused,
