Description:
phpCMS is a PHP based Content Management System. phpCMS divides the structure
(in templates) an content (in content files) an supports PHP plugins to add own
functionality (i. e. counters, guestbooks).
The requirements are very minimalistic. Just a webserver with PHP. No SQL
database is required. This is one of the main differences to other CMS.
It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at
