Ok, we have currently a bug in the script that handle
creation of web cvs tree. Please, retry in one day.

Oh Spirits of the Savannah,

When LibLearn was created, the Source CVS was created
fine, but Web CVS for liblearn was not created. 

(I tried to look at it trough the Web Interface and the
commandline, checked with other projects (making sure I
do the right thing), but it did not work.)

I have no permissions to create it myself, so could you
please create it so I can put the specifications up?
