[Savannah-hackers] sv_backup

        Hi,

        sv_backup was failing because /cvsroot/backups did not exist. I
added a symbolic link from /usr/subversions/cvs/software.backups and
sv_backup is now happy.

        The origin of the problem is a modification of sv_backup so
that the backup directory name is derived from the name of the directory
holding the cvs trees. The corresponding directory was not created
on savannah.

        I'm currently running sv_backup to catch up with the backups
that failed to be done in the past three weeks.
