[Savannah-hackers] Killed left overs

        Hi,

        I killed all sf_* scripts I could find and all sv_* scripts
that were not in the /subversions/sourceforge/bin directory. In the hope
of clarifying the fact that there is only a single installation location
for these scripts.

        I re-installed them from savannah/gnuscripts, made sure the
Makefile was generated from gnuscripts/Makefile.in by savannah/configure.
