I do not understand why you use -B option for scp.
It should prevent asking for passwords or passphrases, but
you need to type your passphrase to connect on the server.

Have you tried without?

Your keys seems ok.

Have you created your .ssh/config after the key creation?
For a reason I ignore, it had some influence for several
persons.

Can you give the output of
ssh -1 -v address@hidden  ?

I added the last key over 6 hours ago, so I suppose the cron
job already happened.
