[Savannah-hackers] finished messing with subversions.gnu.org apache ... for today

        Hi,

        I fucked up apache during 15mn or so and did nothing
valuable. But I better understand the situation and what should be
done. Mathieu Roy prepared about everything, only DNS & httpd
configuration is still missing.

        I changed the IP of freesoftware.gnu.org because the port 443
on the IP was already used (check savannah.gnu.org/savannah.html if
interested in details about why this port is used for purposes other than
https).
