I am still unable to get to the chktex homepage from the
project page.

The homepage link in the project page is:
http://www.freesoftware.fsf.org/chktex

And after redirection I get to the page:
http://nongnu.org/chktex

Which brings in a 404.

I've no problem to access the chtex site and project page.
It was probably a temporary problem.
