This project is dedicated to portable libraries and software dealing with
timecodes (usually expressed in hours, minutes, seconds and frames). There is a
program which allows to make timecodes calculations.
This project already exists and you can find more informations, and also older
releases of sources, at \'http://epeios.org/etmc/\' and
\'http://epeios.org/tmcde/\'.
