Normally, the page should begin with
"Add a User to the Project
It means that this user will be member of the project. Members have read/write
access on CVS tree, and are able to use fully others tools (see permissions
below).
Type the Savannah's login to add him/her:
"
And here you should get a form, where you should be able to type the
user login.
Maybe your browse have a cache?
If after reload it still does not appear, we have a bug here.
