You should use the command 

cvs remove $file

It's cleaner to handle thoses task by cvs. Anyway, if you
really want us to remove the whole directory to permit you
to rebuild it completely, tell us, we will do it.

hi,

In the project tomahawk, i wanted import my source 
with command "cvs add *" and "cvs ci *".
But i have sub directory and after plusior directory 
commit  , my directory tree is bad.

Can you clean my CVS project or tell me how I can do.
