Other License:
Package: MusicBox, a GNUstep music manager
System name: musicbox
Type: non-GNU

Description:
My project is a music manager application for GNUstep environment
(http://www.gnustep.org), called MusicBox.
It contains two parts, the ShengGuang library as underneath audio control and
MusicBox as user interface.
The ShengGuang library uses libogg/libvorbis (http://www.vorbis.com) and
SDL/SDL_sound (http://www.libsdl.org) for now.
It is also support freedb access and volume control.
In the future, hope ShengGuang will be a good multimedia library for other
GNUstep projects.

The MusicBox is inspired by iTune and RhythmBox.
It offers the features of common music manager.
It supports different kinds of playlists and uses external tools for encoding.
Due to the highly modular design, most part of MusicBox can be substituted
easily.

MusicBox already exists and you can download the latest distribution at
http://www.people.virginia.edu/~yc2w/GNUstep/english/

Other Software Required:
MusicBox requires GNUstep, libogg, libvorbis, SDL, SDL_sound.
