Marcus vA <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: struteutils
System name: struteutils
Type: GNU

Description:
My project will provide a set of tools for parsing, modifying and working in
general with structured text data.
It will provide a modularized, enhanceable, small and independent set of tools
for CSV-like texts, which are similar to XML (from purpose).
The main goal is to provide developers and users fast, secure and small (most
XML-libraries and parsers do not fit these needs) utilities for their projects
and applications on the one hand and guarantee interoperability (because of the
CSV-like format) with other systems like databases or office-applications on
the other hand.
Another main goal is to provide developers in special small tools for fast
usage in their own projects without having big dependencies on libraries or
parsers from which not all fuctionialities are necessary.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
