Description:
The goal of the project is to provide a set of Free Unicode compliant Bengali 
fonts. Bengali is the fifth largest language in the world (in terms of people 
speaking it), and it is a real pity that there is not a single Free Unicode 
Compliant font that supports all the  characters. I want this project to be a 
centralised resource for all Free Unicode compliant Bangla fonts.
I have a BETA font ready at

Other Software Required:
For the fonts to be displayed correctly, any rendering system that has support 
for Indic Open Type rendering is ok. Currently, Pango (version 1.1.1) supports 
that.
