Hi,

You wrote:
"My project is an XML parser written in Scheme for Guile. It will
enable Guile users to translate XML documents into Scheme lists for
processing inside a Scheme program.

The project exists but does not yet have an internet presence."

The statement about the GPL was an example. We have as policy to
check a tarball for each project before accepting its registration, to
make sure that everything we distribute is legally acceptable.

Your licensing choice seems fine, but we still want to have a look to
a tarball.

You can send it to me by mail, if you cannot put it on a temporary url
(add a comment about it in your registration)

Regards,
