Ok, we hit a bug. I activated bug tracker for your project
and now it you can access admin area for task.

I will deactivate the bug tracker for your project once the
bug fixed (today).

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am admin at the texmacs projet, I want to create a
new subproject.

When I go the to task manager admin page:
http://savannah.gnu.org/pm/admin/?group=texmacs
I get an error:
This Project Has Turned Off The Task Manager

However when I check the public information page:
http://savannah.gnu.org/project/admin/editgroupinfo.php?group=texmacs
I see "Use Project/Task Manager" box is checked.

I thought it might be a glitch, so I tried unchecking
and rechecking that box, confirming each operation by
clicking the "Update" button, but it did no change the
result of accessing the task manager admin page.

What I am doing wrong? I checked the FAQ but seen
nothing which seemed related to my problem.

Thanks for the help.
