On the 28th of Dec 2002 I wrote a message to the
pppsurvd project's Admin. After pressing the "Send
message" submit button I noticed the page
https://savannah.nongnu.org/sendmessage.php displays
the left Savannah menu (the menu with the GNU image at
its top) twice alongside itself. The bug persisted
every time I retried sending the message. I am using
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.1)
Gecko/20021003.
