A package was submitted to savannah.nongnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Joachim Wolfgang Kaltz <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: IronMailer, flexible Webmail
System name: ironmailer
Type: non-GNU
Description:
Hi
I\'ve written a new Webmail product.
A zip of the current source bundle, about 3 MB big, is at this URL:
http://www.jatec.ch/software/ironmailer/ironmailer-src-20030123.zip
All sources contain the copyright notice, and the GPL as text in the base
directory.
The product consists of 2 parts:
- xml pages and xsl stylesheets for the presentation
- Java code for the logic
The goal of this product is to provide an efficient, easy to internationalize
webmail product, as free software.
Other Software Required:
The project does include Java code; I have read the GNU notices concerning
Java, and have not found any reason that the project code would not compile or
run on a completely free system. The Java components are pure-Java and
non-graphical (no Swing, graphics are entirely in XSL & png).
